Jelly Roll Celebrates Newlyweds in a Big Way: “I Knew Love Was in the Air, Baby”

On Friday, Sept. 13, Aidan and Anna Sanders decided to elope in Lafayette, Louisiana. To celebrate their fresh nuptials, the couple attended Jelly Roll’s concert at the Cajundome.

As the GRAMMY nominee walked into the crowd while performing “Son of a Sinner,” a “Just Married” sign caught his eye.

“Y’all got married just now, today?” inquired the Antioch, Tennessee-born artist. “Can we get the camera on these people? This is f—ing awesome.”

The couple replied that they didn’t know yet. Then Jelly Roll stunned the crowd with his response.

“I tell you what, I’m going to give you $10,000 to go,” said the “Need a Favor” hitmaker.
