Watch Post Malone Casually Share a Glass of Wine and a Cigarette With a Surprised Fan in New York

Getting a chance to meet their favorite celebrity or singer is a dream come true for most fans. It also usually came with a hefty price tag. Not that long ago, a man paid over $12,000 just to be a roadie for Gene Simmons for a single day. While most celebrity interactions aren’t that expensive, one fan was completely shocked when Post Malone casually walked up to her in New York City and shared a glass of wine and a cigarette.

If nobody around the fan had their phone out, most would never believe the woman’s story about meeting Malone. But thankfully, it’s 2025 and every person has a phone. Just a few days ago, a woman was spending some time with her friends when she noticed the singer walking down the street. Not wanting to bother him, she just waved and continued her conversation. But Malone wasn’t finished.

Walking over to the woman, Malone shook her hand as she offered him a sip of her wine. Well, the singer took more than a sip as he handed her his cigarette. As the two enjoyed the moment, Malone guzzled down the wine in just a few seconds. As the group of friends could barely contain their laughter, Malone placed the empty glass down and continued on with his day.

Post Malone Already Excited For New Record

Online, fans couldn’t believe the moment as comments read, “It seems like everyone who meets him says he’s super friendly, chill, unpretentious, just genuinely a nice guy.” Another person added, “My dude just walked straight out of a 1980’s ranch into NYC 2025. What a legend.”

As for the fan, she captioned the special moment, writing, “I grabbed a drink with friends and saw him walk by so I waved and he came over for 2 minutes. Such a nice guy!!!”

Outside of his random strolls through New York City, Malone was also hard at work with his new album. Thanks to the success of his debut country album, F-1 Trillion, the star seemed eager to get back into the studio.

Already making trips to Nashville, Malone insisted he met up with Hardy, Ernest, and Thomas Rhett. “We just have fun. We just sit and f*cking talk and make songs. And so I’m pretty excited for the new record already.”

With Malone loving his time on F-1 Trillion, he saw fun as the secret ingredient to the success of the album. “I think finally bringing the fun back into what I was doing really showed on the record. And I think a lot of folks had fun listening to it. And we’re going to attempt to do it again. I’m excited to keep going.”
