Close Enemies’ other gig is a January 10, 2025, concert at City Winery in Aerosmith’s hometown of Boston. According to a post on the new group’s social media pages, the show will be the kickoff date of a 2025 tour.

Fans who attend the City Winery concert will have the chance to purchase a bottle of wine signed by the band (only 50 will be available). A guitar autographed by Close Enemies also will be sold at the gig. In addition, the group members will participate in an informal meet-and-greet after the concert.

According to a social-media message from Hamilton, the group’s set will feature mostly new original songs, plus “a couple of Aerosmith favorites.”

Close Enemies’ Plans to Release New Music

The band also has announced that its debut single, “Sound of a Train,” will be released on New Year’s Day, 2025. The track will be followed by the group’s first full-length album.

According to online reports, “Sound of Train” was among the 12 songs performed at Close Enemies’ debut show in Nashville. The concert also featured renditions of Aerosmith’s “Sweet Emotion” and “Sick as a Dog,” which were both co-written by Hamilton.
