Jimmie Allen Accused of Sexual Assault by New Victim, Says He Filmed a Non-Consensual Sex Tape

A new victim has stepped forward and sued country artist Jimmie Allen for sexual assault. The accuser turned to the police, after the “Freedom Was A Highway” singer secretly filmed her during sex. The latest lawsuit was filed in Tennessee federal court on Friday, June 9. According to official court documents obtained by Variety, the victim remains anonymous and is identified as “Jane Doe 2.” Allegedly, the two met on a flight in 2022. Following their first interaction, they stayed connected and engaged in “daily communication.”

After two months, they met up in Las Vegas, Nevada. The lawsuit cited that Allen allegedly sexually assaulted Jane Doe 2 on the trip. The accuser claims that Allen was filming the sexual interaction on his phone. The device was “hidden in the hotel room closet.”

The lawsuit reports that Jane Doe 2 confiscated the device, left the hotel room, returned home alone, and turned the phone to authorities for evidence. Elizabeth Fegan, a Chicago-based attorney for Jane Doe 2, revealed that her client is working with detectives. She is currently waiting for law enforcement to “fulfill her records request” to undergo an investigation, reports Variety

The new lawsuit serves as the second claim against the GRAMMY-nominated artist. In early May, Allen’s former day-to-day manager accused him of alleged assault, sexual battery, false imprisonment, sex trafficking, and emotional distress.

Variety reported that no criminal charges had been placed against Allen by the first Jane Doe. The singer’s label, BBR Music Group suspended him, and he has been removed from the CMA Fest lineup.

“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues, and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever,” Allen told the outlet. “I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time, she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely.”

Allen continued, “Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging. I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.”

The lawsuit was revealed weeks after Allen and his wife, Alexis Gale announced their separation and that they were expecting a third child together.
