Jeanne Bellino, a former child model states that she met Tyler in New York in 1975, according to Rolling Stone. At the time, Bellino was 17 and Tyler was in his late 20s. She alleges that he violently assaulted her twice during the only day the two had contact. The alleged victim is seeking unspecified damages to be determined by the court.

According to the suit, Bellino and a friend met Tyler and several members of his entourage after a fashion show. The group was walking down Sixth Avenue when Bellino asked the singer about a song lyric. This seemingly enraged Tyler and he allegedly forced the minor into a phone booth and assaulted her. The suit alleges that members of Aerosmith and their entourage watched and laughed.

The suit further states “Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttock, and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth.” Additionally, the singer humped and ground against her during the encounter.

“Tyler’s penis was erect and it was evident to her as he rubbed it against her that he was not wearing underwear and wearing thin pants,” the suit states. After Bellino freed herself from the phone booth, the group continued to the Warwick Hotel.

There, Tyler allegedly assaulted Bellino again. The suit claims that he forcibly kissed her and rubbed his genitals against her again. Before going upstairs to his room, Tyler allegedly whispered in the teen’s ear that he was going to his room to “do something quick” and that he would send for her.

He allegedly sent someone to bring Bellino up to his room. However, the two previous assaults had traumatized her. As a result, she bolted from the hotel and a doorman who witnessed the second assault put her in a cab.

The suit states that Bellino has “suffered and will continue to suffer, great pain of mind and body, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal, and psychological injuries,” since the alleged assaults. Additionally, the suit claims that she was hospitalized and medicated to cope with the trauma.

Attorney Jeff Anderson is representing Bellino as well as Julia Misley, who filed suit against Tyler earlier this year. He stated that Bellino came forward, in part, to support Misley’s claims.

“This is not just about the predation of Steven Tyler. It’s about the industry that’s continuing to protect him,” Anderson said.
