The Who recently announced that they will play their first concerts of 2025 on March 27 and 30 at the famous Royal Albert Hall in London as part of the 2025 Teenage Cancer Trust benefit concert series. Now, the British rock legends have confirmed two more shows this year.

The Who will head to Italy this summer for performances in Padua on July 20 and Milan on July 22.
Tickets for the concerts will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, February 5, at 12 p.m. local time via LiveNation.it. Mastercard holders will have the opportunity to buy pre-sale tickets starting on Monday, February 3, at 12 p.m. local time.
The Who last performed in Italy in June 2023, when they played the Firenze Rocks Festival in Florence. The band hasn’t played multiple shows in the country since September 2016, when they performed in Assago and the Bologna suburb of Casalecchio di Reno.
The announcement inspired Who fans from other parts of the world to take to the band’s Instagram and post notes imploring the group to visit their countries. Among those posting requests were from fans The Netherlands, Ireland, Cananda, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Spain, Germany, and Malaysia.
About Roger Daltrey’s Solo Tour Plans
Meanwhile, Who frontman Roger Daltrey also has added a show to his planned 2025 tour with his solo band. The new date is scheduled for August 1 on the grounds of Audley End House and Gardens in Saffron Walden, U.K. Ocean Colour Scene and Cast will open the concert.
Daltrey and his solo band now have 13 concerts scheduled this year, all in the U.K. The shows span from an April 20 concert in Brighton, England, through an August 8 performance in Margate, England.
Roger solo group includes several members of The Who’s touring band. Among them are guitarist Simon Townshend (Pete’s younger brother) and violinist Katy Jacoby.
In 2024, Daltrey played a dozen solo concerts in North America. The show featured a mix of Who classics and deep cuts, songs from Roger’s solo catalog, and select covers. The singer also answered a number of fan-submitted questions during the gigs.

As previously reported, The Who’s 2025 Teenage Cancer Trust benefit shows will feature veteran U.K. jazz-funk outfit Level 42 as the opening act. The second concert will mark the finale of the 2025 performance series.
This year’s Teenage Cancer Trust benefit gigs kick off March 24 with a show headlined by the Sex Pistols Featuring Frank Carter. Among the other performers will be British singer/songwriter James Arthur on March 26, Irish group The Corrs on March 28, and English internet personality GK Barry on March 29.
