Less than two years after performing what they called their final show together in December 2023, Kiss announced they are reuniting onstage once again. Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and Co. will headline the three-day Kiss Army Storms Vegas festival this November. Recently, the New York City rockers shed some light on what they are billing as “a live ‘unmasked’ performance.”

Kiss Performance Will Commemorate 50 Years of the Band’s Fan Club
On the band’s official website, Kiss confirmed that Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons will share a stage for the first time since December 2023 in celebration of the Kiss Army Fan Club’s 50-year anniversary.
“50 years ago in Terre Haute, Indiana, a small group of fans lit the spark that would become the loudest and proudest fan movement in rock history: the KISS Army,” reads the website. “Now, five decades later — and 30 years since the first official KISS Convention — we’re cranking it up to 11 in Las Vegas for the ultimate celebration.”

Taking place Nov. 14-16 at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, the “Rock And Roll All Nite” artists will highlight the event with an “unmasked electric show featuring Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, and “special guests.” (“Unmasked” simply means the band’s members will perform sans their iconic stage makeup.)
Former guitarist Bruce Kulick is also among the event’s planned “special guest performances.” Diehard fans can also sit in on Q&A sessions with Simmons, Stanley, and the band’s manager, Doc McGhee.
As the official announcement does not mention longtime guitarist Tommy Thayer or drummer Eric Singer, it is unclear whether they will participate in the festival.
